  • Prices and Conditions
    The prices of our products are shown on the website and include 21% VAT in Spain. Shipping costs are FREE for orders over €60.
  • User Data
    When an order is placed, the order data is saved and accessible within the user's profile. Each customer has access to their personal data and order history at any time.
  • Order Confirmation
    Placing an order confirms that you have read and accept these terms and conditions. After completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or your email provider's blacklist policy.

🔒 Guarantees

The products of Creaciones An&Do SL are covered by the applicable legal warranty.

🚫 Exclusions: Defects or damages caused by misuse or normal wear and tear, as well as limitations in the design of the products themselves, are not covered by this warranty.

Claims
Any exchanges, credits, or replacements due to defects will be carried out in accordance with current legislation, within a maximum period of one month.

Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the invoice date to return any product.

Return conditions
The first return or exchange will be free of charge (including both delivery and collection). Subsequent returns or exchanges will be at the customer's expense. All returns must be completed within the 14-day period.

Returns of defective products
These will always be free of charge.

🚫 Exclusions
Customized embroidered garments and underwear (socks, tights) CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

📝 How to Make a Return

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase:

  1. Return period: You have 14 calendar days from the invoice date or in-store receipt.
  2. Product condition: Items must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging, including tags.
  3. Packing: It is essential that the item is properly protected to prevent damage. If the item is damaged due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted.

✅ Once we receive the product and confirm that all conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund.

🔁 Refund method:
💳 Credit card: We will refund the amount to the same card used for the purchase.
🏦 Cash on delivery or bank transfer: We will request an account number to issue the refund.

Please note that credit card refunds may not appear in your account until the following month, depending on your bank’s processing date.
